GAME Belfast: what do users think?
Karen T: Gr8 deals kids love it
Malachy Tully: Good friendly staff and they always help me !
Gary McCracken: So got a Game voucher from a friend for Xmas who forgot to put the gift value on it. So I picked up two PS5 games, Gotham Knights £34.99 and Alan Wake Remastered £9.99 thinking I'd pay with the voucher and pay the balance if required. So at the counter I handed over the games to be told that they had no copies of Alan Wake left (so why were there case covers on display?). I explained that I would pay with the Game voucher and cash as I had no idea how much was on it. So the voucher was swiped and I was told it covered the game and the card wasn't returned. Exactly, that was a bit of a coincidence. As it turned out there was £40 on the voucher so a £34.99 game cost my friend £40. But of a ripoff in my view and very glad I buy my games normally elsewhere.
Ryan Robinson: GAME sells games 3yrs old above than what you would get on digital storefronts. Game trade-ins are almost non-existent because everyone goes to CEX or Gadget Exchange instead. Like the American equivalent, it only competes with digital storefronts with loyalty cards which I have no interest in. I only come here to buy Switch games or accessories.
Amer Alshawamrah: Gd
Мирон Ткаченко: Cool chose
Nicola Xu: Worst customer service ever. I was told that I could trade in my console to get the new released one with the trade in credit. But on the release date of the new console, the staff told me that Game has finished its allocation of the new console while I already traded in my old one.The manager (the chubby lady with tattoos) in store cannot be ruder, I asked her to help me in my case but all she did was arguing with me and saying that she cannot help while I could not see her even trying to help. The had the absolute worst attitude I have ever seen for someone who works in the customer service industry. I would expect her to at least have a bit of smile on her face as she is the manager and she should be an example to follow for the employees but I found that she was the rudest of all and not competent. At the end, I saw no way out of the conversation so I asked if they could drop me an email if the new console gets restock at a certain point but she even denied that. I would describe her as a machine or anything but not human as she feels no empathy at all and to add, all these were caused by miscommunication from their end.
Peter monk: Staff a mixed bag. Some cool others have a joystick 🕹️ up their hoop.
Simon Watton: Limited stock of items but staff are very friendly and helpful.
Ahmed Nusair: Very good store. There are good collections of games and merchandise. Also the hardware varies between gaming, mobile phones and computer hardware. The shop location is great and you can't miss it.
K Borwick: Above and beyond assistance.
Mr J Hill: Staff was very helpful with pre-ordering a game i was looking
Ricky K: Amazing staff! I had an issue with my son redeeming a digital code issued from Nintendo and the GAME team sorted it fast! Special thank you to Mikey! Very helpful and excellent customer service. Thank you so much :)
Bjean: Lots of games!
Michael: Shout out to the young-lad at Game who seemingly upgraded my partners game? We went in to buy the new Fire Emblems game for my partners Birthday, my partner being autistic meant that I went ahead to pay for it.While stood in the line, I'm not sure if it was overheard, but we spoke quietly about his birthday but never mentioned it once we got to the tills but to our surprise the young-lad went to the manager with our game once we handed it over - after a few moments he comes back and tells us he'll be giving us the version which comes with the associated book and smiled at us (my partner said that you only get that with the pre-orders?).I didn't mind paying any differences but to my further shock - we didn't get charged any extra and I didn't notice until I checked the receipt once we got home.We both fondly remember the manager and young-lad smiling at us, seemingly having no issues with them 'upgrading' us and told us to have a nice day - that's after the young-lad made sure that they credited the right Game Loyalty card on file (as I recently changed the address on mine as it was wildly out of date) I haven't heard my partner talk so much on a walk home in months, it was great and you really made his day.I know on the box it says 'Last copy to be sold' out of the little pre-order kits, and that's likely why we got it - sheer luck, but either way... thank you for the calm talking, the whole atmosphere you made, the more than friendly and well paced service because it made it a million times better for him. It's tough to get him out the apartment some days but this experience showed him it doesn't have to be daunting and you can always meet some lovely people. I'll be back without a doubt to buy more from this store in future - I've been in the past and the teams in this store are always kind hearted and a credit to the company name and likely others in their personal lives. Amazing!
ROBERT SMYTH: They lack in store always messing around cardboard laying everywhere just fun qnd games to them not helping customers
Dave: Staff are always friendly and helpful
who cares: As the game chain go this one is OK and have the usual range only thing I would say is some members of staff could be friendlier and more helpful especially with kids who don't know any better.
Craig Quinn: very helpful
Nathan Evans: Good value
Nicola Gallagher: Good choice and very helpful staff..

Hiroko Skies: SOLD ME A FAULTY CABLE. She LIED about the cable being able to connect a new controller to my console.I asked, “Will this (cable) be able to connect this new controller to my console?”She said… “Should do.”I’ve tried for hours now and ultimately have been told that it’s the cable, that’s the issue. And at this point I’m very convinced that it is, even though I wished it isn’t.Very frustrated because I can’t use the stuff that I bought today, and it’ll be a while until I can. “Should do.” Mate, it doesn’t. You sold me disappointment and regret.

He loved it. I don't know the member of staffs name but I just want to say thank you.
