Belfast City Hospital: what do users think?
Corvus: Superb hospital services! Very punctual appointments, and very friendly and helpful staff. Each department is well sign-posted too. Easy to get to by train or car.
Victor Irwin: Outstanding Service , Doctors Nurses and General Staff. Great Service. Thank you again for all your help and support.
GLEN MILLAR: Wanted to give blood but to many numbers to phone
Celebrity Gossip Team: Excellent Doctors and Nurses.Very Polite Staff.
Kieron Power: I was at the city hospital today, outpatients wing B and I was treated extremely well, front desk staff very friendly, my Rheumatologist was very helpful and got me treated straight away, nurse who took my bloods was very friendly and the nurse Orla injected my steroid very professionally, painless and she was very reassuring 👍
Tony McRobb: Good services and friendly staff
Heather Carrigan: Really disappointed my hubby's operation on his arm has been cancelled for the second time Guess he'll just have to stay in pain 😞
Shaun: Should've all gone on strikes an let middle management clean up...swrary word swrary word swrary swrary word...mmm Barbarella...
Carolin Stevenson: Lose one star due to meeting nurse Ratched in recovery.
Derek Finney: Kid
Ali Sayed: I would like to check on a patient who claims Mary has been suffering from breast cancer for a while. Please advise، thanks all
Kelly ferris: I had to go here yesterday with my mum for her regular check up. We were attending the breast clinic its on the ground floor in the main building so it can be really busy. Mums appointment was for 10am usually the car park is quite full at this time but fortunately we had no queue to wait in at all. The area where you enter use to be full off people and patients gathered smoking 🚬 and the smell was rotten but they have changed that now and made it a no smoking 🚭 area which is a far more pleasant experience when entering the building 😀 There's also a cash machine beside the shop when you enter downstairs if you need to get money for your ticket for the car park on the way out. Though this was the only negative the coins wouldn't accept and we had to use our card it wasn't a big deal but might be if you don't have a card. The shop has everything its quite small and can get very crowded. There's also an eating place no seating area selling hot and cold drinks hot food sandwiches etc.The clinic itself was very busy but the staff couldn't have been nicer they were so attentive and caring and made everyone feel at ease 😉All in all its quite small and they have a lot of chairs cordoned off dont know if its to do with covid or they're working at something 🤔 but its a good hospital run like clockwork.
Massimo Sirianni: Eccellente qualità e personale eccellente al 99% dei casi
Johno: A great hospital
Edward Vanscoy: A great hospital. Thank you all who work there for looking after my sister.
Emi Shi: Staff were very helpful and accommodating :)
The Travelling Camera: Glad to say it’s been years since I’ve been here and such a different vibe with no A&E and during Covid. The main car park is virtually empty each evening. If you meet six people on your way to the ward, that’s it. Parking was £1.70 going over the hour and payable by card so hassle free. First class care as always
Caroline Burston: I was an excellent experience they were very helpful kind and thoughtful thank you
joe nuts: stole my arm!!!! mfs took it and won t give it back they are teasing me with it and i cant grab it cuz i dont have an arm !!!!!pic is me now
Jaquavis: My arm is missing here is what I look like now
Bailey23: Much better Hospital than the Royal that's for sure staff looked after my Mother very well in the City Hospital compared to the Royal which is a clown fest in that Hospital

Royal Victoria Hospital: what do users think?
michał paszyn: Ok
Trevor Kelso: My appointments in Dermatology are always punctual. I have only the highest praise for All The Staff here.
Gavin Burnside: Busy A&E
Neil Sinclair: Cardiac care team was first class
Stuart Lyness: Have whiplash and have been waiting for 4 hours and still nothing
Michael Sacy: HiI don't want to speak about the waiting time in the A&E, this is too bad, but I do know that this is nothing to do with the staff on duty themselves, this is something beyond their control but I want to speak about the service I received after I was admitted in.Once I was in and despite all the unbeleivable pressure that all Doctors, Nurses and every individual staff are working under, I want to deeply deeply deeply thank all the staff specifically the ones who were working on the 17th May night shift, 18th May day and night shift, and 19th May day shift. Allow me to thank them by names and please let the other forgive me because i don't know all their names starting withthe A&E team of the 17th May night shift following by the day shift of the 18th:*The Iron Man: Gabriel*Dr Nicolas*The lovely blondish girl who told me when she was leaving: i don't want to see you again (in a joke of course), she knows herself 🙂 but am sorry I don't know her name.Moving to the morning shift of the 18th who helped moving me to a different room going to Ward 29:A big thanks for:*The gentle Aldho*The lovely Charlene*Haidy*The doctor who did the operation for me ( can't remember his name although I should)* The Anasthesia Doctor and his team and the nice beautiful face assistant lady who was holding my hand before i went in a dream 😄And everyone else on these shifts. These Staff, individually, are so professional, anything you ask ... they know the answer without hesitation. They are just the right people in the right place.Working under unbelievable pressure all the time but never stopped smiling and never behaved in careless way when they got tired in their last few hours of their shift. They kept on giving and giving and giving their patients till the last minute of their shift. For me, what matters more in life is the behavior and treatment but these guys were everything in 1 person and in 1 team, they were kind and professionI at the same time.I have never ever wrote a feedback but i felt that the least i can do is to thank these gents in few words. Thanks a lot.Michael
oonagh armstrong: Had an endoscopy procedure last month and was extremely impressed with the professional and caring service I received. They were a diverse group - local, Philipino and Indian. Every member of the team treated me as their own - a very humbling experience. Thank you.
Ibrahim Fofanah: Friendly nurses and nice environment
Collette Mckenna: Have been a&e from about 8pm last night on the recommendation of the out of hours doctor. Apparently my name was called at 7.30am, I must have been at the toilet. I'm here in my own, have just checked with reception and they said they took me off the list because I didn't answer. They checked a couple of hours ago to see who was still here and I answered, so they knew I was here. I'm tired, hungry and now furious. They tell you not to bring anyone with you. My advice, bring someone
Samuel McLoughlin: What. A. Shambles.
Teresa Keene: If I could, I would rate this hospital at minus. 12 hours sitting with the drunks being told that if I tried to leave the police would bring me back. I have not been out of my home since. I am a transplant patient and the drunks were maskless and up in everyone's faces. When finally seen, I was told that if the staff had called the mental health team would have been out within an hour!Would not go back if my head was hanging off.
Trevor Knocker: Great food
Karen Shields: Everyone was so lovely and I was terrified because my throat was completely blocked. I have mental health issues and get easily overwhelmed. I was taken care of totally. I can't praise them enough. Fair pay for NHS workers now 👏
Thomas Stevenson: Very rude staff maybe some training in manners wouldn't go amiss.
James Morrison: Staff run of their feet, brilliant treatment and care.
Leo Jordan: My Spawnpoint
dawn hamilton: Have been waiting to speak to a doctor for 4 days now. They need to speak to me now.
MA baker Mc dneror: I had my 79 year old, mother with suspected heart failure..brought her to RVH at 5.30 pm..got her home at 4 in morning..obsoultey ridiculous..my sister an I had to approach a nurse to take her bloods…
Nicola Matthews: Extremely disappointed with our health service at this A&E department. Attended last night with my 18 year old son.... who had just turned 18 the previous day. He was in agony with left side upper abdominal pain. His tummy was swollen and a massive hard mass on the side that was sore. We waited for 7 hours 2 paracetamol for pain. The amount of drunk people who were being prioritised over older people and people obviously in pain was sickening. My son has autism and does not do well with lots of people being loud and drunken. He was getting panicked and was completely out of his comfort zone. He was so unwell and in pain the sitting on a hard seat for 7 hours being sick. At 5am I asked how much longer at that was 8 hours more wait. I had to just bring him home again and start all over again.29th November .. review update. My son ended up being admitted the following vist to AED after emergency app the with GP confirmed a mass on his spleen. We went back to AED with a GP referral. Due to complications with a diagnosis he lay on a bed in a bay for 4 nights in AED. He had just turned 18 the previous day. This was horrifying for him. Unfortunately the staff a very overwhelmed with mental health, drug and alcohol dependent patients. This is bottle necking the system as there are no facilities for these issues. Honestly it was the same faces every other night with same issues. This was a long and drawn out episode and eye opening experience seeing what staff put up with.My son got diagnosed with a life threatening condition and was transferred to 7cc critical care. He was in hospital for 2 weeks. The care and respect from staff on 7cc was amazing. Absolutely fantastic team. His care is ongoing and he's a long road ahead. For every grateful to the team on 7cc x
Alisha Ellis: No other word to describe this place other than disgusting. Disgusting staff, disgusting waiting times of 11 hours+, disgusting hygiene; blood on the floors. Overall joke trusting these people to help us and they stand around talking to each other about holidays. You’d get treated better in a vet.
Jane McCourt: Great, talented & helpful staff,

Musgrave Park Hospital: what do users think?
Heather Carson: What an excellant team at Withers…..It was with a lot of fear and trepidation that I was admitted on the morning of 20/04/23 to MPH.To have my long awaited and much needed TKR surgery .However my stay with you proved that I should not have worried about anything that was ahead of me .From the minute I entered the reception/admissions that morning to my return home I was impressed by all the staff at Musgrave from Admin, porters ,domestics ,nurses ,auxiliaries, physios ,pharmacists ,x-ray staff ,doctors anethsetists and surgeons who were all polite ,caring and personable in their approach to me and my family ,each one of them fulfilling their role very efficiently and professionally putting me at ease. The standard of care provided both clinically ,practically and emotionally by the staff in ward 4A where i was admitted to post surgery was second to none .All patients were cared for in a professional manner and even though short staffed over that weekend we never missed our pain medication or personal care ,which was always delivered with a smile and a kind word.Ward 4a delivers the sort of old fashioned nursing care that does not always be delivered in society today ,were the staff treat each patient as an individual and provide the care needed to keep that patient comfortable.Nothing is too much bother for them and no question too silly or stupid .The information given on discharge is well explained and the contact details for after care or emergencies if needed fully detailed .It is clear to me that ward 4a is run extremely efficiently with a great team of nursing staff and for that deserves praise and thanks .If I ever need to return to MPH I will not be anxious again .
Robert Rice: I am an amputee and would like to give a massive thank you and appreciation to all the staff in 1B Withers and the Regional disablement services from the physiotherapy, Albert and Caroline, the OT dept Claire and the Doctor Connelly.Thank you all for the excellent care and professional services you give
oonagh armstrong: Had Phlebotomy appointment today in the lovely, new unit. Thanks to Nurse Patricia for doing an amazing, pain free job of taking my bloods. In spite of the pressure that exists in the NHS and the affect it has on services and morale, it’s good to know that nurses, doctors and support staff are still able to smile and provide a professional and caring service. Highly recommend.
Gerard Brennan: Relaxed. Calm
Paul Stevenson: Was at Musgrave for an echo, was all a good experience.
Don Black: I have had rehab at this unit 3 times. I cannot praise all the staff from the domestics right the way through to Dr McDonnell. This is a jewel in the crown of the NHS.
stanislav banda: Joo
Dave Conn: My partner ended up very unwell recently and was admitted into Musgrave and the nurses and Drs were all brilliant. 1st class, especially Wendy and Mary Jo in Rheumatology. The genuine care and compassion provided during her stay was inspiring. Thankyou.
Mark: I was in for day surgery on my ankle on Withers. The whole process from the early morning check-in, the op and then being allowed home was so well organised. Absolutely lovely nursing and surgical staff all put me at ease, they all do a fabulous job. Thank you to all on Ward 5 who were part of my care.
Mandy Drake: Patients only allowed one visitor a day and you almost need to be dressed for performing surgery just to visit. Rediculess as everywhere else in the country you don't even need a mask anymore including care homes. It's not right that people can't visit their relatives. Get a grip hospital's. Covid is here to stay its just like a flu now everybody's had it, do have it or will get it. Its time we got used to the fact its here to stay.Restricting everyone won't stop it so why cause more agony to family's.
Marilyn Hunter: I first had the pleasure of attending this hospital a couple of years ago when l attended withers and after tests and xrays it was confirmed l had rheumatoid arthritis. The medication I'm on has been a God send. I've also had shoes made for me which have made walking much easier. The staff are great
Derek Finney: Would eat here again
Bee Quinn: My word Musgrave amazing from reception to treatment totally outstanding ward 5 Withers alabess/abieless we joked praisy greesma Geraldine am sorry spelt all names wrong best attentive nurses. My goodness Emma Louise Dr Black Dr Claire yes I now know white to pink black wires awesome keeping me entertained throughout procedure am truly gratified thank you from the heart ❤️
John McCreight: Good friendly staff and was seen too at time of appointment
K Quinn: Had knee replaced in 2020. And although it was the wrong knee, they did a great job.
Patrick O'Neill: Thankfully I have only required hospital treatment on a small number of occasions, after treatment in the Royal I was transferred to Musgrave, if you require their type of treatment, it has to be the number one hospital in N Ireland, all the staff 10 outta 10
Mbra S: مستشفى
IBRAHEM HASSAN: Try to come before you appointment time to get a suitable parking
Dorothea Mages: Extremely honest, hardworking, trustworthy clinicians and staff.
None of Your business: Most of the staff are great. But thier training on rare medical conditions is practically non existent.
K M: Went here for an mri scan sunday 22nd august.i cannot praise these young girls enough.they were so kind and thoughtfull.i was a bit nervous and they talked to me the whole way through it.thank you,s all so much.

Ulster Hospital: what do users think?
Roberta Black: I have visited my mother for two weeks at the acute area and the emergency fire escape door has been open and no security has been no where seen to close it disgraceful noo security nowhere🤔🤔
Tania Bushe: Bit difficult to find your way around but there is helpful volunteers to show you the way.
Robert Mckenzie: No smoking policy that nobody enforces ...if your not going to enforce this then provide smoking areas to prevent cigarettes butts being everywhere
Andrew Mansell: Ward 4A Ulster Hospital new Block, What a pity that in 2023 Internet and Mobile Phone quite useless in at least room 12 no signal, Surly it should have been addressed by now, And the Cafe has been out of use, I think it’s ran by One person they must be irreplaceable and the Coffee Machine wouldn't except pound coins now been excepting pound coins again.
Hajar Chichou: Great hospital, nice and kind staff.
lesley salamin: Thanks to all the staff, you were all brilliant, long day for me, but for you'es alot longer. Everyone was very nice, even under so much pressure.
Helen Madden: This Hospital is 1 of the best, for professional treatment. I had to attend this Hospital on a very busy Monday. The staff all worked hard to make sure everyone was treated very smoothly and quickly as possible. The catering was busy making sure everyone had enough to eat, including visitors alike. It was an 8 hour Triadge that day which very quick for an over stretched hospital
Karen McCready: Had to attend A&E recently and received wonderful care from all the nurses and doctors. The unit was extremely busy to say the least and they were all working their socks off but were kind and professional. Thank you.
Stephen Jardine: In A&E from 31march to 2nd April2023.Nutses in A&E deserving special mention are Nicky, Monica, Ethne, Rejo and Vicky. Excellent attention throughout. Well done!
Michael: Busy place. Staff are excellent and caring.
Trevor Mercer: Disgusted with this place totally. Had abnormal ecg and doctor told me come here to A&E department. Packed out the door and no seats. Said to nurse i cant stand or even sit on a hard seat long as im recovering from a serious motorcycle accident losing many bones and brain bleeds plus crushed my left hand and fingers. I need a hip, knee and lost my femur bone also. Nurse told me stand or sit on floor for 12 hrs +. I cant even stand on crutches for an hour. Im at home 3 days later still cant get down heavy snowed in. Plus my wife cant drive in snow but they keep going on to get there knowing my mental health is ruined after crash. My anxiety is shattered but zero care from any of them. Id rather die in my home than go there ever again.
N Nbs: NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES BUT YET SIT AT DESK WHEN UR UP 😡If the nurses would do less talking at nursing stations maybe things would move faster patients discharged quicker ridiculous health care and hospital why not strike at covid there affecting more people's life health mental health than covid
hristo dinkov: Maternity Unit the stuff are absolutely amazing.Always ready to help.Thank you for delivering my daughter in this world.
Malik Azmat: Hi I Am Malik Azmat From Pakistan I am Aclasia cardia patient first time dilation in ulster hospital bit I am not perfect same difficulty to swolwing food plz help me
David Hunter: (Football knee injury) Had to bring my son home at 5:25am, after almost eight hours of waiting in A&E, (offered no pain medication) told to busy to deal with him, said would be 10:00 or 11:00am before they could take him for X-ray and said if he didn’t want to wait, maybe best for him to go to minor injuries Newtownards, bunch of time wasters, animals get treated better at the Vets than people do at the Ulster.
Ethan Hector: Fixed me up pretty good
Paul Mulvenna: Sadly im here alot. But from the staff at a@e to tge renal team.. Thryvare amazing, wish the government would do more for them
Caroline Mcneilly: Couldnt of asked for a better experience. Midwives were out of this world with their kindness.
Alison Studd: Food disgusting 🤢 staff excellent but always very busy
Robert Nelson: Was in A&E earlier. Unbelievable how caring the nurses and doctors were. With the strains the NHS are under these people truly are heroes. Thank you.
Wieslaw Kochmanski: Miła szybka profesjonalna obsługa, polecam

Kingsbridge Private Hospital: what do users think?
Frances McGrath: Had a total hip replacement 4 days ago. Very efficient, professional treatment by all staff. I would highly recommend this excellent hospital.
W “Willbelfast” H: Once you are in - excellent.Phone lines - atrocious (45 min wait)Admin Depts - complete confusion
Mrs Q: 7 week wait for an MRI with another 5 weeks wait to discuss the results.Nice facilities and actual procedure was quick and smooth.
Walts Mc Keague: I visited the Hospital on the 6th of JUNE 2023 for Barrigel 1 rectal spacer. I was received by very professional staff and also a very special thanks to Professor Jain for carryi g out the procedure with great care. Thanks Walter
Joe Maguire: Hi I was seeing Dr Bunn 2016/2017 and straight away he started me on ADHD non stimulant medication but after months being on this medication I told him that I feel no different than before so he started me on a stimulant medication concerta xl54 mg.He then gives me diva I think it’s called it’s a questionnaire aboutADHD symptom during adult and during childhood, but I have no interest whatsoever in filling out the questionnaire because silly questions I did fill out my name and DOB and tick the box for male that’s it.My wife decided to fill in the form and boy she went to town on it ticking nearly every box but I took photos of every page.So I am right handed so I tick like this ✔️and my wife is left handed and she ticks the opposite way left handed tick.So during my next consultation with Dr Dunn I started to investigate his findings and he said that I filled out the form but I said to him that your wrong because my wife filled it out and then my wife interrupted me and said that she didn’t tick them box’s now I just didn’t tick them she replied. So Dr Bunn then said that I filled out different questionnaires then my wife interrupted the conversation and said to Dr Bunn these are the questions you asked him and he answered yes.So he stated saying the things that I tick for example I had a problem listening, I had a problem paying attention but when he said that I had a problem organising I put it to him that I didn’t have any problems organising then he started laughing finding it funny and then replied that I didn’t tick that box, so I started to think how do you think it’s funny you can’t count so his findings should have been void. This Dr is ADHD mad and has a vested interest in a company I think it’s called ADHD NI which he is a director.Stay away from him is all I can say to you I have 3 successful business turning over about 2 million pounds per year and he kept saying that you are not reaching your full potential, so I put it to him what more do you want from me I have two cars paid out right X6 and X5 flying around the world business class Beautiful house and a very good income probably earn more money than him.But kept saying that your not reaching your potential what a Richard.
Stanley Millen: Today I had a procedure at Kingsbury. A colonoscopy. From the moment of first contact until today the experience was beyond what I expected. Well done ..everysingle peperson.
Mervyn Neill: First time here. Very impressed with the cleanliness and professional attitude of everyone.
Harry Harry: I had a procedure done here today. I was treated like royalty by the staff, nurse's and doctors. And the tea and toast given was delicious. I was really well cared for. Thank you
Christy: I called to ask about something, but the woman who answered the phone was so rude that she even hung up at last. I've never met such an ill-bred employee. I don't recommend you to come here …
MK: I paid £186 for 2 simple labolatory tests. In a private clinic in Poland I would pay £16 for them. I calculated that if I had flown both ways, booked a hotel and paid for these tests in Poland, I would have saved £50. It's no wonder that when I fly from Belfast to Poland, I see so many Northern Irish citizens on crutches. The second thing is how Kingsbridge Hospital communicates with me.I didn't pay for the tests so the hospital would keep it in their archives. For a week I could not ask for the results to be sent to my e-mail. I made 2 phone calls and sent 2 emails but my efforts were unsuccessful. It was only when I came to the hospital on crutches to make a fuss that the test results were made available to me. The lab technician explained that she did not have my e-mail, but the hospital had no problems sending the bill for the tests I paid for on the day of my arrival at the hospital to my e-mail. So it must have been in the system. In civilized countries, if you are paying for a service, you should not beg for that service to be provided to you. If I buy something on Amazon, then I don't have to call the seller to send me the item. In civilized countries such as Poland, after private medical tests, they are available on the hospital's website. You can access them immediately with a password. Unfortunately, the level of backwardness of medical services in Northern Ireland is so great that the next time I want to do a simple medical test such as a blood draw, I will fly to Poland.
Malachy Dutton: Bunch of cowboys was told on my first phone call my minor surgery would cost between £500 to no more than £1000.After my consultation I was booked in for surgery at a cost of £805 when the money never left my bank I phoned up which took me over 2 days to get through only to be told I was misquoted and it would now cost £3389 because I needed to go to theatre. The consultant I spoke with told me I wouldn’t have to go to theatre as it was a local anaesthetic I would be receiving.I am now out of pocket £175 consultation fee because I can’t afford three and a half grand which if they had of been straight from the start I wouldn’t have paid
Anne Mayes: Very professional, everything from receptionist, nurse , medical staff, Dr Hoo fantastic, Thank you everyone xx
john owens: Disgraceful, attended with my elderly mother in Nov and Dec, was told surgery would be in Feb, twice it's been cancelled and told we're on waiting list, might be April, rang in march and now been told might be may, we will look into this for you and contact you in a couple of days, been over a week now and still no contact. It's a disgrace to treat paying customers like this, going to cancel and head to Spain/Portugal to have same treatment.
Sharon Austin: The communication system is a disgrace. I’ve been trying every day for over a week to call and no one answers the phone. I have held on for over 30 minutes on several occasions and then hung up in frustration. What way is this to run a hospital? The NHS gets criticised but at least they answer the phone.
James Matchett: Atrocious service. Cannot get through to them on the phone and emails not responded to for days on end. Emailed last Thursday and sent 3 follow up emails on Friday, Today, Monday, still no reply to any of them. No humility whatsoever towards a 87 year old man actively seeking treatment. Manufactured an unwarranted appointment for him 2 months ago lasting less than 5 minutes and charged him £230 for the inconvenience. Woeful experience which in no way should befit an independent hospital. My next port of call will be raising my concerns with RQIA for it's investigation.NB Monday now been and gone.....still no communication from hospital.
Claire Mccrum: Got my gallbladder out yesterday and the staff was fantastic with me so much... The food was amazing aswell well looked after can't complain got my own room etc made me really comfortable with my anxiety and all
Sue Jameson: Most excellent service from the staff in Kingsbridge. All procedures fully explained and a nervous patient greatly reassured before surgery. Everything a hospital experience should be
clifford lynn: Had my hip done with kings bridge great service the nurse were fantastic the after care wasn’t they texted me to come in after five weeks for check up which didn’t book and then charged me £130 and the after care well there wasn’t any
robert pollock: Never answer. Awful.
N A: Completely incompetent and unprofessional Radiology, Admin and Management.Kingsbridge made us waiting for 7 weeks for URGENT ultrasound appointment which was then cancelled by Kingsbridge 24 hours before the appointment ( we booked accommodation and took time off work for that appointment but they did not care).Pathetic. They have no respect to their patients. None of our complaints sent to management / governance were read or responded to. The so called management team do not care and I doubt they even read your complaints.Avoid this hospital like a plague. We have got 2 appointments for scans in public hospitals in ROI in a much more efficient and organised manner and were treated with more respect and dignity than Kingsbridge treated us- its a joke that Kingsbridge advertise a cross border treatments as a way of beating the waiting time. The only thing they are good at is charging you insane charges very promptly as soon as you step on their premises and even before the consultation.AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS.To the so called hospital : Please don't bother responding to us with generic response asking to send our details- if you were reading your complaints you would know our contact details and names and would have been in contact with us 5 weeks ago!Update: instead of the member of the management team ( as per our request at this stage) contacting us , we are now getting emails from pathetic Radiology coordinator who tells us her manager is " too busy at meetings to talk to us"- pathetic. The consultant then sent us a letter stating that he spoke to us on the phone and advised X-ray instead and we were " happy with it". I just listened to his excuses over the phone. In no universe i expressed my " happiness " during that phone conversation about putting my 3 months old for an x-ray radiation ( kids under 4 months old should not be x-rayed).Then we received an invoice for the scan that was never performed. No more comments.I would not recommend putting a dog for a treatment in this hospital. Run away and avoid like a plague.
Ana Marta: Kingsbridge Private Hospital, just read this carefully, firstly you are not worth the money you want to receive. And second, stop giving me spontaneous appointments, otherwise I will think that you are trying to swindle money and be dishonest. Stop sending me letters and calling me, supposedly I made an appointment with a doctor when I didn’t. These are your fiction, behave with dignity, have some kind of honor. Remember, you are a hospital, albeit a very mediocre one.
