Ballysillan Leisure Centre: what do users think?
Juan Ferso (‫جوان فرسو‬‎): Nice place for kids
Larra McMillan: I don’t recommend this leisure centre, my kids went swimming yesterday. Now my eldest is very sick and my youngest is suffering from chicken pox! What a disgrace, hygiene needs to be on top of this premises specially one of the main focus are the kids !!! Pure disgusted!!!
Evangelos Kalopitas: Small but good
Chris “Bigcert” D: Nice place. Clean and tidy. Nice staff.
Christine Cunningham: Plenty to keep you busy here, pleasant staff and very clean..
Winnie Ewing: Really good leasure centre. Very friendly staff.
gerardine young: Courteous, patient and comprehensively informative
Derek Hunter: Over in the gym with a guy called Paul . Done very well with him one to one . I Joined leisure centre to go to gym will start in a week or two busy for now
Ann Nonymous: Lovely, amazing kind staff. Little bit faded and could do with an update but all facilities are clean and tidy
Pauline Cure: Watching my granddaughter do gym
Paul Murphy: Helpful staff
Mark Crilly: Staff are very friendly, I go here to use the gym every week which is always at a high standard and all equipment working as it should. Very happy customer
Sean-Paul Delaney: Mhmmm
Lee MC: Good facilities within centre
thapintster: Great facilities, staff are lovely, brilliant parking. Turn the temp of the pool up a wee bit please😂
Gareth Hines: Needs new flood lights...kids playing football in the dark
G J: Perfect football facilities!
Divya sankarankutty: i go here for playing badminton. The courts are really pathetic with too many stickers inside court which makes you confused.
beastys: Gym.is out of date
christy f: Centre is located at a wonderful landscape. I visited the center for badminton and I'm not happy! The lighting is not good which makes it hard to locate the shuttle. Also, the flooring I found it different and uncomfortable from the other centers.
Dominique Collins: Put at ease and made to feel welcome during my induction. Thanks Paul.

Falls Leisure Centre: what do users think?
Angeline Kerr24: Brilliant and cater for me as I'm a wheelchair user
Shammi: Awesome
Roisin Bryson: Friendly staff. Very welcoming.
Mark Crilly: Staff are friendly, accommodating and the facilities are always kept to a high standard
james o'hare: Great place.😃
Ibo Ali: City Kurdish barbers ✂️✂️
William Kennedy: The staff are always friendly and helpful great place to train and swim
Maurice O Rawe: Since retirement I've begun to go to the baths and gym three times a week when I can. I'm feeling the benefits and invigorating joy of this and hope to get into a regular routine. Stay fit everyone.
Lance Prendiville: Good place to take the family for a variety of leisure activities
Mustafa Alsaidi: مكان جميل جدا امارس به رياضتي المفضلة والعاملين ودودين جدا اقضي اجمل الاوقات هنا ..
Stephanie Rose Walsh: Great gym and swimming pool. The staff are an absolute dream! BUT the classes I want to take are either at 7am or 7pm which isn't very varied. Like most gyms the equipment is targeted towards men, which is a bit ridiculous in 2022.Also the shower streams in the women's changing rooms are terrible, the actual shower part where the water jets out in a big cluster burning the living daylights out of whichever body part is unfortunate enough to be close to it. Good thing is my hair gets washed in two seconds flat, bad part...second degree burns. I know women like a nice hot shower but flowing lava is a bit much.
Ruth Kerr: First time being there very friendly staff and really helpful, really clean
Nur Ismail: Wished they had a proper parking!
patrick flood: Spot on and very busy lovely staff.
Mehdi Hooshmand: Too crowded
Ben Taffe: Good sauna, steam room with massive pool and decent regular gym stuff with big multi sports halls :-D
EtruscanOlive: Best facilities and super friendly, nice crew in the city! Perfect for families.
Mojo: Best 👌 very polite and friendly staff
Ruth McGuigan: Superb friendly helpful staff. Well maintained.
Kelly Blain: Great facilities and friendly staff
Majella O'Loan: This centre is kepted very clean good selection of classes. But have to say it is the staff that makes this centre

Andersonstown Leisure Centre: what do users think?
Jacek Skibicki: Ok.
Claire Mc Carville: Have been a few times before but our most recent visit was highly frustrating. We arrived at 11.40am from Monaghan for our 11.50am booking. I was told the family fun swim had ran on so we would have to wait to get in. They did say we would get an extra 10 mins added to our 50 mins so we didn't say much. At 11.50am they let the next crowd in but the problem was everyone from the family swim was already in the dressing rooms and all the family changing rooms were full. I had 3 kids including a 12 week old so needed the family room to change my baby. We had to wait 15mins before we finally got one and the couple using it before us had only one child who was around 6 or 7 so I don't believe they should have used the bigger stall. We have used the regular ones before for 4 of us so it would be good to see staff in the changing rooms during busy periods. When we were heading towards the pool area we seen 2 other families who didn't need the use of a changing table in their stall. Ended up only getting 40 mins in total because it took so long to get everyone changed. When we got into the pool the wee slide in the splash area was closed off. This is the 2nd time if not 3rd time this has happened when we are visiting. Why?? Real waste of time after traveling 1hr and 10mins and very disappointing visit altogether. I have always recommended this place to family and friends but would recommend Lagan Valley in Lisburn instead especially for people with young families.
Patricia Gallagher: Very helpful staff ,very clean pool and facilities
briegeann mcgivern: Great leisure centre, good deal on( better) membership, inclusive of classes , swims, gym. Family fun swim is great for kids with access to play area, slides, swim for fit is good, with access from 6am, good gym too. Staff are helpful and friendly also, only downside is there is no sauna , but everything else is great. I would highly recommend for family fun and fitness
piotr kowalski: Great fun for the little ones
Michelle: Great gym and fitness classes, coaches are great but only 2 stars because of the cleanliness of the place the floors, training halls changing rooms and showers are filthy so unhygienic! How the managers and staff don't see this is beyond me I've seen the same dirt in the showers that have been there 2 weeks now!
eloise m: Brilliant for kids
Charlie Monaghan: Excellent facilities and friendly proficient staff.
Charlene C: Best swimmers in Northern Ireland by far A*** my little boy has special needs and its his favourite too
Rab: Really good facilities here with plenty of slides and other water features.Costs just shy of £30 for a family of four. Only criticism I would have is the booking mechanism through Better which seems to have more than one glitch present.
Calvin Ong: Kids section is closed. Kids very disappointed. Booked 4:10pm. Only 50mins in the pool and they announced to close. Shower room door almost 30 of them only 20 can be use. This place is not operate correctly. Waste money on this.
Harry Scott: Clean
Amy Wright: Good gym with lots of equipment but literally children on every single machine and bench even when it’s not Adult and Junior Gym time. Total chaos.
mairead Wilson: Don't like that you can't pay in at the door and use the centre. Everything is done over phone even if you get there an it's not busy you can't use facilities.
Rania Catney: Great fun for the whole family. Plenty of lifeguards around to keep everyone safe. Just be careful when booking the activities - slides need to be booked extra as they are not included in the family fun ticket but they are worth it!!
Michael O'Kane: Grand so
Gerry Teeney: Early swim with no hassle. Plenty of pool space. Set up for the day
Barbara O Neill: Swimming coach is quite nasty
Bob Allen: Great place for kids just like a water park on holiday only in n.i kids had a ball will definitely be back
Tony Mac: Great pool. Great equipment at the gym and plenty of room
Marcus Antoine: All disabled spots taken by non blue badge holders and not one thing done about it. Whoever owns this car you've been reported

Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre: what do users think?
Roisin Bryson: Very friendly and accessible to all abilities
Keith Meharg: This place has been updated in recent years and it’s a pleasure to visit, down a star as the cafe is closed and it’s such a shame
Tasha “TMonty” Montgomery: Good gym. Doesn't have a lot of the same machines as other Belfast Better Gyms though
Jimmy Woodstock: Still hasn't even got a Sauna? It's like a buricratic process to book a swim, staff are blunt and it's just not a fun experience. Cash isn't good enough apparently and it doesn't hold a candle to the previous facility and this is an upgrade? Just waiting for Templmore to open for a workout and a sauna afterwards. Won't be back.
Joanne McMillan: This is my local leisure centre. I use the swimming pool weekly. It is always clean and well maintained with friendly staff.
Robert Folland: First class
Mark Penney: Nice clean and tidy with plenty to do
Helena: A very good place, with everything that we might need.
Matthew Caddies: If your looking to bring your kids swimming don't bring them here after about 35 minutes of swimming we where told we couldn't wear goggles covering our nose this would have been fine if the guards told off everyone else who was wearing nose covering stuff like clips we left very quickly after that as the water was quite unclean
Michael Kelly: The old Robinson centre, this is a much needed improvement. Swimming facilities are top notch. The gym is fantastic and starts (opens) 6am in the morning. So good for an early workout.
Gareth Stubbs: Try getting bog roll out of the disabled toilet holder. Scraped my hand.
G Beattie: Good staff on reception. The changing area is clean.A few of the doors have the locks broken off them though and haven’t been replaced but lockers and the rest of the area is good.Good hall for badminton and table tennis and again the staff have been great setting up.The pool is good when they have the separate swimming lanes set up for people actually wanting to swim lengths which saves everyone getting in the way. They should’ve put a few slides in, but can’t be helped now.Decent sized pool and clean 👍
Antonino Barrasso: It's amazing!
Piyush Nahata: Although the centre is relatively new, the machines are not well maintained, which has meant it feels like you're using old rusty equipment
Wacek Gacek: Brak Sauny
Craig Cousins: First time back in the centre for over 25 years. Really impressive looking inside. Great views over Belfast when using the gym. All ages of adults taking part. If you haven't been yet, you've got to have a go.
Jordy: Great facilities all new but small items around the centre are starting to break/are broken alread.
Darren Boyd: Main pool was cold, went into the smaller pool that was warm until some baby threw up and they had to clean the pool. Sent us into the cold pool then when the warm pool was ready it turned into a hydrotherapy pool so no one was able to get back in . Also when the pool floor was being moved there was a loud alarm that started to aggravate the kids especially mine with Autism then having the pool attendant blowing their whistle and shouting at me to get out as our short time was up upset him further as he didn't want to leave the water as the changing rooms were even colder!
Kamil Miter: Maybe you should use air con at your gym room? The warmest gym i’ve ever been too.. I understand energy prices but you charge for you membership more than before 🤞🏻
Ciaran Grimes: If you're looking to take up swimming to keep fit, do not join Better Lisnasharragh. Every midweek evening, between 4-8PM there is no accommodation between the 2 pools for people who want to swim lengths, I have no idea why they will not put in a lane to accommodate the 5-10 swimmers who are there at any given night but they don't, leaving them to have to zig zag through the kids in the main pool. On top of that, you may have your plans to swim on the weekend ruined by the entity of the main pool given up for water polo. To make things worse, there is no direct line to the Lisnasharragh leisure centre to make a suggestion, only the UK wide Better call centre
Agatha Cathartese: Staff are goodNo indication when the pool is booked out on the appFar too many people in the gym at any one timeGym showers out of action for weeks

Mambo B: The place is ok it can do with a refurbishment thought coz other leisure centres in Belfast had been face lifted but it's still in its original state but it's not bad

Olympia Leisure Centre: what do users think?
Louise Malcolmson: Music sometimes too loud in gym, i cant hear my own music on headphones
Ruben Tauro: Good swimming lessons
Kavan Cleary: The pool is excellent here for swimming! Good temperature. But there is no fountain at the pool so if you need to drink water you have to go far for it. And the lockers use this annoying key system so you have to wear uncomfortable wristbands while swimming. The staff was nice !
James Vennard: Shocking Gym, very small. Always full of the Linfield squads that just sit about the gym and don’t use the equipment. Don’t come here if you want to have a good gym experience.
Leokash Sinha: Our daily go to leisure centre. Be it badminton, swimming and gym all are there.
Ashleigh Morgan: The pool facilties are great and the online booking system is really easy to use
Rebecca Bellamy: Good gym and pool but missing many simple touches that would make it better.Hand sanitizer regularly run out.More hooks needed in showers and changing.Slow to fix broken lockers. Two showers in women’s wet change that need pressed every 5 secs making it take far longer and use more water to get washed. While one of three is fine.A bit more enforcement of rules by lifeguards to make sharing the pool better for all would be appreciated.
Amanda Johnston: I am a Better member & upgraded my membership in Jan 2023 to include free thermal spa access. So worth the extra £20pm and you also get 30% off any treatments booked.I went today & had a spa afternoon plus a back, neck and scalp massage by Agnieska. She is FANTASTIC.If you like a thorough deep tissue massage, Agnieska can apply amazing pressure and get right into your tight muscle areas. I really enjoy deep pressure as I'm used to deep tissue sports massages.I will be booking Agnieska on a regular basis ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Aisling Farrell: Went to the Spa experience for the first time here and as keen gym goer with allot of back and shoulders injuries I cannot recommend highly enough the deep tissue massage with Agnieska! She was amazing!
Farrah Keenan: I love the swimming pool
stuart mottershead: I had an excellent deep tissue massage from Agnieszka last week. Really loosened up my back, neck and shoulders.Definitely recommend 👍
Olivia H: spa facilities are really good especially for the price you pay
Iryna Wilson: Could be very busy,
Michał Kowalczuk: Absolutely fantastic, amazing place to recharge inner power for next day. I can spend time there all day long. Steam room is brilliant but my best is ICE ROOM.U have to try !!!
pat kelleher: Great gym.
Ryan McGarrity: Paid 37.50 a month for spa access that is never Open after working hours an app that can’t book lanes people stealing my swimming lanes after I do book them and poor service all round
Rebecca: Spa facilities here are class. Very clean. You feel well looked after. The changing rooms however in the spa, you can’t swing a cat in which is quite a downfall. Apparently the mens are even smaller. Parking outside when busy (eg when the kid’s football is on) is absolute chaos, doing laps around the place trying to find somewhere, so accessibility isn’t fantastic. These 2 points is why the Olympia loses a star for me. HOWEVER onto the more exciting things which certainly outweighs the not-so-great. This place is super clean and very easy to see it’s looked after so well. Super child friendly. Not been to the swimming pool yet but it looks amazing. Been to a class here with Muriel for Pilates/yoga and she was amazing.
Turlough Mc: From start to finish this was a disaster.1) Bought a swim for all session online (never do this)2) When entering the leisure centre there was no direction where to go, changing rooms called a village3) Mixed changing rooms - the doors did not lock and my buttocks had to suffice as a door stop4) It was a Saturday morning - childrens swimming lessons were taking place, the pool depth was 0.85m ( not sure how anyone other than children can use this) I could not swim a length due to this. I left after 3 mins.5) There are 3 male showers for 50+ changing rooms, I waited 10mins for a free shower but families seem to use them.Overall this is a ridiculous wastage of public funds
Max: Wonderful experience with asking staff for support. Duty managers Ashleigh and Keiran were amazing helping settle a 9 yr old fears. Really supportive and inclusive. Very grateful for their supportive attitude
Julian Brown: Great
Nina Janus-Gaj: Nie place

Grove Wellbeing Centre: what do users think?
William Stephens: Wight room very small
alice foy: Lovely big pool
Keith Campbell: All good
Aleksandra Trnic: We sign up for baby swimming classes and we were going for few months, for £27 well you get how much you paid. On the end you end up entertaining your child...However, when we decided to change and cancelled further classes here, because of uniformed staff we still got charged for next month! Apparently there is notice period and their staff haven't pass the information to us non when we booked on first place or when we went to cancel. The lady response was only YES OF COURSE and now they are refusing to refund us!It's not about £27!!! It's about principle you can't do that and expect your customers to be back or share well recommendations about your company services! So disappointed...
Stuart Blair: A place that’s really helping people
Maynard Granville: Great place for kids and helpful staff.
julie-anne hanna: Great pool
sidsan De gratia: Different lane for swimming, but dislike for cleanliness
william mcburney: First class all round service
Robert Cullinan: I'm involved with a weekly hire of matted facilities for a Jiu-Jitsu Club, based in the Grove WellBeing Centre. All the staff are super helpful, nothing is too much trouble and the martial arts matted facilities are genuinely the best in Belfast ! Particular shout out to Sharon & Connor - two 1st class Duty Managers and to Lorraine on Reception - geneuinely helpful people who go above and beyond to help out all our members. Cheers
Kanayol: Place is nice and clean, staff is friendly.
Evelyn Mcateer: Leaving in a prescription order
Nicky Whitla: Spot on
Keith Robinson: Brilliant
Thomas Brown: Great place to eat swim and get the gym also a couple places up stairs
Rowan Perry: Good there is a library in the area, quite small but comfortable reading area as long as it doesn't get busy. The Swimming pool is a joke. Far too small and no way ever as good as the old Grove swimming pools, Sauna and sportsHall that are so badly missed.Overall the building is far too small, is asked to cover too many facilities anddoes everything badly. The only Star awarded is for library service.
Allen Brown: I enjoy going here 3 times a week great staff there
Eamon Brady: Good leisure center
ellie jones: Swimming pool is clean. Go all the time, staff are friendly.
Stephen Anton: Nice to get back to fave to face appointments. Staff great, facilities good
Heather Thomas: Nice staff. Good facilities.

Queen's Sport: what do users think?
Ricky: Plenty of equipment, easy to get workout done.Changing facilities are absolutely filthy, dirt and spills in changing room on Thursday night still there on Monday night, walls and floor covered in dirt.
Jamesy Mac: Excellent facility, great gym and also outdoor areas. Good for 5 a side football
Conor Brown: Decent gym & plenty of space. Should reduce the huge amount of cardio and add plate loaded equipment. They take far too long repairing equipment. Few machines have been unusable for months. waiting to be fixed. Please bring back booking times in weight areas. Too busy at peak times*the renovated weight area is great. New rack & flooring is a nice update.
Jo Johnston: Good venue for varied sports, Clements coffee shop in foyer is good for coffee and snacks
Kyle Cooke: Precovid I loved this gym. With off-peak membership you can go up to 3pm or after 8pm... which was fine before covid as they always had classes at 8pm. Since covid they've cancelled them, now the last class is 7.30pm which means for off-peak you can't attend any evening classes! If you work 9am - 5pm as most people do, then you only have the option of 1 class in the mornings at 6.45/7am. I don't see why they won't reinstate 8pm classes, off-peak members are being penalised.
Janet Stevenson: Great facilities but sometimes it's hard to get a swim as the pools can be closed because of swimming lessons and schools. On a Saturday an adult can't swim in the morning because the pools are closed for lessons, this happens throughout the week for a couple of hours each day. I can't get a swim after work because of classes. If you are at full time work then it can be awkward getting a swim.
Isaac Guo: Some of the staffs attitudes toward foreigners aren’t very good.
Valentyn Mohylyuk: Great location & water pool
DIANA VELASCO: Me encanto. Es enorme, con personal super amable, con todo tipo de deportes. Muy limpio, agradable y bien ubicado
Eleanor Street: Lots of facilities and provision for sports. It has two pools and a sauna with the timetable posted online each week. A little bit of a maze that could benefit from some maps up and a lack of water fountains (that are not broken).
pop pop: It's a good gym but it is way too packed, they should stop taking members if there is not enough room for everyone
Generic Emo Rap: The music they play is far too loud
Yijing Wang: 有游泳馆 学生和外部人员都可以进入 需要办理会员卡或者次卡
Nathan Whaley: Got told by a staff member that we cannot bring our own additional weights. This is a gym so I do not understand what the issue is with bringing your own equipment to assist with your workout. Will be looking for a new gym soon.
Mahnoor Arshad: Queens sports was great place cleaning was good juct they need to do ask peoples to change their durty shoes 👍
chuck mac: Hopeless in terms of customer service/care
Nelia G Gonçalves: Amazing facility, friendly professional staff. Clean organised
Ronnie bingham: Just recently opened and it is a fantastic facility for the Students also open to the public,
Darren Jennings: I went there to join and they couldn't be more helpful answering all my questions. Top class
Abdul Mannan: I really want to play for queens University🎓.
Az Sal: Lovely staff, big space and a lot of courses available
