Ten Square Hotel: what do users think?
Billy Paterson: This was a gift from some of our friends ,Can't fault it , just wish we could afford to come here more often .A big thank you to the manager and all his staff from my Wife & myself.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Heidi Smith: Great rooms! Great foodRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Margaret Meaney: Rooms: Comfortable and roomyWalkability: Ideal location for all amenitiesFood & drinks: Excellent food a bit pricey for drinks but we were on holiday and budgeted accordingly

lesley hill: What a fabulous hotel, clean, rooms spacious with a small kitchen. Staff where friendly and very helpful, our rooms where ready early and we where allowed to to check in early. Well place in the centre and within easy walking distance to either getting on the hop on off bus or walking to local land marks. Highly recommendedWalkability: 5-10 minute walk into the centre , town Hall which has a free tour on the hour. Lovely local bars
Aaron McClelland: Great place to stay while in town. You can even cook your own food in your room.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Andrew Thompson: Excellent hotel and perfectly placed in the centre of the city.An industrial chic feel to it. The rooms are above average size, with bedrooms, seperate bathroom and even a kitchen area. It's clean and nicely finished with parquet flooring and concrete/ brick finish around the building. The staircase is impressive too, if you want to work off the guiness!!Highly recommendedRooms: Spacious, clean and industrial chic decor
Nicole Leonette: As a solo business traveler, this was my favorite hotel accommodation I’ve stayed in. Their website has all the information you can possibly need but that same standard extends throughout your stay as they go above and beyond on listing anything you might have questions on in the rooms - Free laundry, great location, splendid room and comfortable bed
Lisa Lisa: Great Hotel in Belfast! Rooms are clean and big. Ours had a kitchenette which always comes in handy.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value, High-tech …More
Megan Carroll: Could not sleep with the very loud noise coming from the generator at the back of the building all night, also there was what sounded like water dripping running all night, and door’s constantly clicking all night. We also requested a city view room when we booked via the Flint website but we didn’t get the scenes or room we hoped for, our first stay was very good in October 2022 nothing to fault it,but this time around very disappointing February 2023, our room also didn’t get cleaned by the cleaners the two days we stayed we left the “please sort my room out” on the door both days, we had to leave our bin down to reception and get our own towels, the cleaners were on our floor but maybe didn’t see our room as it was on its own weirdly? We barely got any sleep the first night and on our second we didn’t get none with the noise, so when booking avoid room 510 !!
Richard Sanders: Good base for the city; nice rooms
Jeff Whyte: Very comfortable hotel with a central location. No frills stay (no food/room service) but spacious rooms have a small adjoining kitchenette which is very handy.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More

The name of the staff member "J****" is clearly seen on the receipt.Emailed the restaurant and the General Manager Andrew Simpson with proof.Neither had the manners to reply.Considering reporting to the Police / PSNIAVOID!

Kim rogers: Absolutely fell in love with the Hotel beautiful room, great restaurant, fabulous bar food , great prices , we will return very soonRooms: Beautiful decorated, very clean
Judith Prentice: Rooms very clean. Breakfast superb, with a great staff and chef. Reception beyond excellent. Have travelled throughout New York, Paris, Rome, Singapore, Cambodia, Latvia , Hong Kong etc and yet the Malone beats all for courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. For example, I had a small issue concerning noise, and within less than 5 minutes it was dealt with. Parking is available and staff go out of their way to make travelling comfortable. We highly recommend the Malone Hotel, near the docks, and within walking distance of Queen’s University.Rooms: Clean, large, quietNearby activities: Queen’s University and student Union within walking distance. Numerous pubs with good lunches.Safety: Notices abound about use of lifts, etcFood & drinks: Breakfast superb, helpings generous and varied.
Thomas Morrissey: Really really nice clean and very friendly helpfully staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Maria Alejandra Papasidero: Excelente lugar. El personal muy amable y profesional. Se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo, a unos 30 minutos del centro que caminando se hace muy lindo para recorrer.Rooms: Impecables! Amplias y cómodas!
Stephen McAsey: We really enjoyed our stay. Reception was very warm and friendly. The room was a nice size and well equipped. The cleaning team did an excellent job. It’s location, we found, was ideal. The city centre is 1 1/2 miles down the gentle hill so an easy walk for most, but the uphill return might be challenging if you have been on your feet all day. Regular buses (£1.70) are an option, and even the “City Tours” bus stops outside the hotel!I have not seen any negative comments concerning breakfasts and have drawn the conclusion that our experience is a reflection of more recent developments. We were there for a week and witnessed a unhappy team that was able to prepare a breakfast of reasonable standard. The service for delivering the breakfast was erratic from day to day. Each day there seemed to be different teams. Some days they were very proficient. Other days they were proficient but looked thoroughly miserable. A couple of days the team was short staffed and the poor guy (Tony) who was left on his own managed to get through it. He was very polite and communicative. One of the chefs seemed to be on a go slow for one breakfast and was perfect the next day. All in all, the team needs to be happy and working with each other for the benefit of the customers and the hotel.
michelle d: Staff was friendly and well informed.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Gary Dormer: Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The spacious quiet rooms (we must have got a free upgrade I think?), impeccably clean, the staff are fantastic, bar and food are excellent, the Lobby area is glamorous and comfortable. I’ve stayed in $1100 per night hotel on Fifth Avenue and The Malone is better value for money ! Thank you so much.Rooms: Spacious, clean, huge bed, lovely view, very comfortable, lovely furniture. I think we may have got a free upgrade and if we didn’t these rooms are unbelievable value for money.Nearby activities: It’s only a very short taxi drive away from the City Centre but so much better to be clear of the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Much more suitable for elders like ourselves. We loved it here and the red tour bus stops right outside!Safety: Felt totally safe. Locals are so polite, considerate and friendly. Shops nearby for groceries etcWalkability: Lovely tree lined street in what looks to be a very posh area of Belfast City.Food & drinks: The food and drinks (Guinness) was great.Noteworthy details: I loved the furniture in the lobby and restaurant. The room was really quiet and extremely comfortable.
Anna Marie McCourt: Lovely ,comfortable hotel.Rooms clean.Rooms: Clean, spacious, beds comfortableWalkability: Close to Botanic GardensFood & drinks: Breakfast dissapointingNoteworthy details: No residence bar
Nikhil Gupta: NiceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Yvonne McCann: We were staying in Annex across the road. Room was lovely. Went to bar for drink as it is a ‘Haverlee’ bar but they had ‘run out’ of Haverlee on a Saturday evening! The bar man ‘Kevin’ dropped my charge on bar instead of into my outstretched hand. Later in room we phoned reception for some ice and bottle opener to be told to go over to reception and get it as short staffed. I asked if I was to get out of bed get dressed and cross the road rather than get basic room service. After being transferred to The manager ( who was very understanding) we got the ice 10 minutes later. The guy (Stephen) at reception was very pleasant and accommodating! All in all it was a pleasant stay - just some staffing issues need to be looked at.
Rhiannon Bland: Stayed here for one night in early February, everything was great, service in particular was professional and extremely helpful, Aidan checked us in after a busy day and was extremely helpful and answered any questioned we had, couldn’t of been happier with his service, would highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Kevin: I stayed here in Febuary. Rooms were great, the beds were some of the comfiest ive ever seen. The service at the front desk was on point, Aidan was extremely professional and helped me with any questions I had. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet …More
Tim Isenberg: Great place to stay. Rooms were nice and clean and had ample space. The shower was easy to get in and out. Restaurant was very good and the bar had a lively atmosphere.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
