Forbidden Planet International: what do users think?
Graeme Thompson: A favourite place in our family!
spider-man2099: I love this store!
Julia Petrie: Scott and Marc making shopping here a great experience, both very knowledgeable
Oran Ramsden: Tons of comics and funco pops
david mcwhirter: Super staff good selections of comics and books.Staff and service is as excellent as always !!
Craig: Great selection great staff and great tunes
Illogicalloser esq: Been to a few Forbidden Planet stores and this is in my humble opinion the best. They have all the usual array of figurines and collectibles but they also have a massive back issue comic section unrivaled in the other stores including London. Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable and most of all friendly. Worth visiting Belfast for.
Alec M: A large store with a great supply of back issues. Staff were always helpful.
marie m: Great for comic book fans and manga fans as they do a lot of books you wouldn't normally find the normal book shops. They also do a range of figures and loungefly bags & purses which is great. Staff are friendly and always there to help. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Angela Riley: Great selection
Joe O'Connor: Chatty staff and good range of stock.
Maria: Great shop lots of collector items staff friendly and helpful
Yasemin Taci: Left something in the wrong place and got kicked out, on my first time in a comic books store by a grumpy man. What a d.
Tony McRobb: Has a little bit of everything! Comics, posters, toy, memorabilia etc! This place would be the only reason for me to enter the city centre...
David McCourt: Excellent service!!
John Ballance: Not a bad store loads to choose from some things overpriced though Some of the staff are quite rude one in particular he's always staring at me unsure what his problem is I may have to ask him the next time I'm in
Ryan Robinson: I used to be really impressed by this store until after 2019. It's hard to find certain manga and light novels due to supplier shortages. Restocking's are left ambiguous whereabouts in Waterstones or Book Depository I can order from a waiting list. The store is oversaturated with Funko Pops, Doctor Who, and Marvel. Not to mention, the prices are way above MRRP. I feel like the store only appeals to Redditors and the Chinese Gunpla collectors. Reviews indicate the staff are bad tempered or unhelpful, I personally never had a bad interaction from staff.
Abigail angel Adamson: Best place to find all the nerdy bits and bobs you need for your self or a love one that into comics or funko pops and much more
Craig Quinn: bit expensive but got good stuff
Cahal Sweeney: Staff were great and helpful znd very friendly and they have a great selection of manga light novels comic books etc
Tracy Haggan: Aw this store is fantastic my grandsons favourite place ever i think compared to other stores that sell similar items this has the most reasonably priced items. Very helpful and friendly staff we all love a good look around

Coffee & Heroes: what do users think?
Nathan Downey: Recently stumbled apon Coffee & Heros in late 2022. It is one of my number one stops when visiting Belfast. First to mention, the staff. They are super welcoming and poliet. The store in itself is amazing. With a wide range of comics and collectables. It is for me, the number 1 comic book store in N.I!
Fiona Mckee: This is my daughter's favourite place .Great coffee and great comics .The staff are always so friendly and happy to share their knowledge and expertise.
Illogicalloser esq: What a fantastic comic shop this is. Great staff great coffee and a huge selection of comics available. One of there best selling points is they sell complete bundles of a particular comic or run of comic's which is brilliant saving you having to search for them individually. Highly recommended.
Ben Landini: Theirs a very specific comic that I was needing for a collection and I found it on the coffee and heroes website very reasonably priced so purchased it on Sunday night and it arrived the following Tuesday morning in amazing condition back boarded and sealed, would 100% recommend this comic shop and I know it certainly won’t be the last time I buy from these guys.Thankyou
Katie O'connor: Fantastic customer service and experience.Coffee & Heroes have made a life long online patron.Gives me a good reason to visit Belfast!
Ryan Robinson: I'm not a comic book person and more of a beginner manga and light novel reader, however I was really impressed by this store. They do have a small manga selection (staff want to keep it small) and I find the staff are friendlier than Forbidden Planet. It's positive that there are competitors to Forbidden Planet out there and I'd highly recommend this place because it's independent.
nriab23: I went in store today for the very first time. I have to say its one of the friendliest stores in the city centre. Not to mention it has a wide selection of comics. I'm not a massive comic book fan but the guy at counter was very helpful explaining things to me and took time to talk. So if you don't know too much about comics. Don't feel intimidated going in.
niall mccarthy: Really helpful and knowledgeable staff , nice atmosphere and vast selection
Drea Dickson: One of my favourite places great coffee and very friendly and so many comics
Chris McAree: Visited here for the first time today. Exactly what a comic shop should be. Friendly, welcoming, a great selection and an owner with a genuine enthusiasm for comics.
Tony Keightley: Love the place
Ernesto Boom: Great guys and a great shop. Would love to spend hours in here.
Anna Woodward: Amazing collection of comic books, lovely owners, best comic book store in Belfast, possibly in Ireland.
Chris O'Kane: I popped in today for my first time.I colleced a comic I ordered online which was very easy to do I might add. This is a true comic book store, fantastic collection of comics both current and back issues. So glad half the store wasn't just pop figures.Friendly, helpful staff and a cute dog.
Anthony Kelly: A really interesting comic book store with indoor seating, coffee and toys.Quite a friendly place with unique services and a little art gallery as well
Morgan Ferry: This place is amazing I loved it!The variety of comics, graphic novels, posters and statues is 10/10. unfortunately I'm new to comics and didn't have the common sense to to see what they would recommend for me get as my first comic related purchase as I had just lifted some random comic I thought looked good but I know for next time to ask for a recommendation. 😁😁😁
Negri CGS: Très nombreux choix
ronald nicholas: Guy there helped my son find comics didn't pick out expensive ones found him loads on dc villains. My son bought 15 comics in the end because they were so cheap. Great customer service. Thanks
Elaine Beggs: Amazing selection of comics
Joshua Edgar: Loved it, great service and great products.
Alan: Fantastic shop and community, very friendly atmosphere and a great place to sit and chill with a coffee whilst chatting about your fav comic or superhero (it's Batman btw).Owner has made making pulllists a breeze, and has never failed to source it's regulars comics regardless of rarity or demand.

Comic Book Guys: what do users think?
Anthony Miller: Stopped by for first time on Free Comic Book Day, and was greeted by a couple of friendly staff and left to browse to heart's content. It's a small shop but is jammed with a great A-Z collection, with plenty of back issues. A treat to visit.
Faye Eagleson: Shop was exceptionally clean, friendly staff member (didn't get his name) helped me pick out a birthday present as I know nothing about comics lol
Alec M: Literally the nicest comic guys ever. While the store may be smaller than others they have an impressive back issue collection and they make you feel like you are a family member come home after a long holiday.
Tori Borne: Great selection in store and the staff are all really friendly!
colpinkie: Always helpful to a newbie such as myself!
Trevor Harkin: Brilliant place to take kids and anyone who loves comic books. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable just what you need in a comic book shop.
Mr Toybox: All my homies hate comic book LIES.Doesn't compare to my personal favorite shop.Piracy
Andy Colfer: Cool place nice friendly staff. Comic where pricey
Christopher Smyth: Nice small comic store just up from Great Victoria train station. The range of comics is rather small so you might not find everything you're looking but the staff seem helpful. The merchandise isn't great especially the Funko collection as it's rather overpriced for so called grails. Definitely worth checking out if in the area but falls short compared to other stores in Belfast
Debbie Kirk: This was our 1st visit with a 9yr old lad who wanted to buy his 1st comic. The two guys were so helpful and gave the kid the time he needed to pick his comics
UnderCoverGreen: Comicbookguys NI the absaloute best place in Ireland 🇮🇪 to get comics, really helpful staff always friendly and accommodating would definitely recommend.
Steve Reviews: Nice place to visit. Staff are so very awesome.
D S: It's the best comic book shop on the island. Haven't been to them all but right now it's my #1 here in Ireland. Their prices aren't the cheapest but the layout and atmosphere make up for this. Smaller selection of back issues than some but definitely more keys and still fun to browse. Staff member (Aaron, going by the receipt) was really friendly. They also have a nice selection of toys and funkos. Will definitely be back.
William Murray: A great wee comic book store with very friendly staff
Vlad Barberu: It's cool but it's too expensive
john whitmore: Great and honest staff would highly recommend
Ben Flynn: Great comic shop. Fantastic selection of rarer comics aswell as more affordable ones. Definitely recommend checking it out
Trevor Forde: Great selection of comics book and collectibles
Dean Watson: They always have time to find that comic you are looking for or one that is the closest to it
Chris Anderson: Go to place for comics and funkos in Belfast, great service guaranteed every visit
Ben Thompson: Bad prices recently went in and bought a graphic novel for £16 turns out everywhere else it's £8 or less (£7 at hmv)Go here if you want to be ripped off

Waterstones: what do users think?
James Grindy: Had never been in but always passed. Changed as of Saturday past and was blown away by the amount of stock even if the newest and oldest books.Organisation is a bit iffy but if your happy to spend time looking your near guaranteed to find what your after
Michelle Wilson: Pizza was delicious, but could have been a little hotter.
miau miau: It's good . When it's busy it's packed in there. Although it would be nice to see the actual prices of the books...
Robin Maxwell: Waterstones is such a great store with the best staff. I just wish there was more accessibility, especially going upstairs.
Gerard McClure: Helpful friendly staff.
Judith M: This Waterstones is local to my office, and I can not rate them highly enough. You can tell that the staff who work there genuinely love books, love reading and love talking about books. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and take time with each customer. I called today to collect a copy of Vol 2 Julia Child's French Cooking, the staff member chatted to me, asked about if I had seen the Julie and Julia film and I walked out feeling so cared for. It's a truly excellent bookshop!!!
Alison Farrell: I just love Waterstones all the books waiting to be read and really helpful staff
AJ Livingstone: Really helpful staff, great vibe, especially at the coffee shop, and just really chilled and relaxed.Plus, you can't beat the smell of new books.
Anne Dowling: love it. and the coffee shop especially
Ciprian Popescu: Located in the city center, this bookstore has a great variety of books. Purchased three books and some interesting gadgets for my son.
TheAlistairheron: Good selection of booksSometimes a bit priceyPolite staff and a nice coffee shop on the top floor
Graham T: Great coffee and cake in a bookshop
Lizz Comer: I only had 45 mins. It quickly found 9 amazing books.
Moh Dakheel: It’s a wonderful library that has a second floor cafe…However the internet is too bad in here+ the door of “staff only” is a nightmare so loud and noisy
Jenny Johnson: Loved it
Tom Craig: Visited a couple of times recently. Able to find most of what I was looking for. Staff happy to take time to find and order one I still needed. Respect to the staff.
desmond walsh: If it's in print, and they haven't got it, they will do there best to find it for you. Best book shop in Belfast
Courtney: I love this store and always find a good book to pick up. It’s one of my favourite spots in Belfast to chill out with my friends and find some books we love. However, as much as all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful (some going as far as to help myself and friends find books they overheard us talking about), there is one member of staff on the first floor who is uncomfortable to be around and quite rude. Their demeanour towards me on several occasions has been almost treating me like some sort of teenager looking to cause a ruckus which I most certainly am not, I’m a young adult. They’re extremely stern when speaking to you, even when asking if you need any help it comes across as if you’re a pain being in the store.
Jim Beatty: All you could need. A few more seats would help.
Kathryn MC: Not very wheelchair friendly. The shelves and stands are very closely packed together which makes it hard to manoeuvre in a wheelchair. There is NO wheelchair access to the upstairs on the weekend so was only able to browse the bottom floor. This store desperately needs permanent wheelchair access. On the flip side, staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate, and the selection of wares all Waterstones have is top tier.
Jane: A lovely shop with beautiful books as well as a great selection of cards and wrapping paper, jigsaw puzzles, Jellycat toys, and more nice gift ideas (for yourself or others). There is a Waterstones loyalty card which is a nice addition. The staff is very nice.

Seby D Silva (Rocker): HMV is a leading specialist retailer of music, film, pop culture and technology products, having many stores around UK. The store promotes a wide array of different music and has featured everything from hard rock and metal music, to dance, folk and solo acoustic artists. It he collection is huge and as a music lover a visit to this store is a must.

Kilian: Potato
Erjon Berisha: Terrible shop. Went in to get headphones that costed £220. I asked staff there if it had leather padding and he said it did. Only 30 minutes later when unboxing it to find it didn't have leather padding. Went back into the store and they said they weren't able to refund or exchange my item. I tried to go there the second time to get to exchanged and told the manager the staff member must've unintentionally lied about it because the box was ambiguous hence why I asked. And then he started started saying how they have experts and that I'm accusing them of lying as if they intentionally did it.
David Reynolds: Excellent food and service. Will go back again.
Gordon Glover: Love it for record's CD and action figs
John Ballance: Fairly good though the other day I bought a couple items I asked for a bag as it was raining the only bag they had was a tote bag at the price of £5.99 or 15.99 unsure of exact price as I couldn't here the assistant properly
