Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
michael mccracken: Helpful staff 😉 there's a wide variety of fresh produce, clothing and there's also a butchers located inside this Tesco superstore.
Archana Kadam: Nice pizza
Gunjan Deshmukh: I recently visited Tesco Superstore and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The store is well-organized and spacious, making it easy to navigate and find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to quickly find assistance when I had a question. The selection of products is extensive and varied, from fresh produce to household items, making it a one-stop-shop for all my grocery needs. The prices are also reasonable, and I appreciate the option to use my Tesco Clubcard to save even more.Overall, I highly recommend Tesco Superstore for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience. Keep up the great work, Tesco!" I went to buy few items and ended up buying a lot.
Le Spinner: They never keep the prices up to date. I thought I was going to pay £7 today, but they ended up charging me £17. Complete joke.
Maurice Brereton: Very handy place if you drive for a living as it has a spacious carpark, toilets and a couple of cafes on site.
Brian Mchugh: Fantastic staff
Bongani Ncube: Very convenient superstore... in and out quick enough... what you would expect from a Tesco...
Cat: Very expensive and avoid the cafe.Ordered two Fry's,£13 and the food was Luke warm ,undercooked and dripping in grease.Inedible.
Jacqui Elliott: Love Yorkgate store, enough room to walk round and see the products. Usually a good selection of different brands. A good atmosphere to shop in.
Tania Bushe: Clean store
Lauren: Rudest staff ever, basically accused of shop lifting over one of their co-workers mistakes, was literally barked at and never got an apology when they realised they were wrong
Jim Wallace: Typical tesco
ayden tait: love the tesco sign with the wood, recommended for shopping pls visit this place
Oliwia Racka: Wow the toilets were an incredible experience. It was so futuristic, like stepping into 2050! Would have been a 5 star experience but the automated sinks made us wash our hands for 5 minutes, the water wouldn’t stop running- we were trapped ! Would recommend to a friend.
Sander Hoogendoorn: Big uninteresting supermarket with average quality goods.
Sarah: rude staff and the post office staff are rude too.
Bill Ricardi: I was slightly disappointed with the Tesco Superstore. It didn't really have everything that a superhero or a supervillain might need.No death rays. No skin tight body armor. No throwing stars, laser cannons, or invisible jets.I would call it false advertising, but they did have some rather super peanut butter. So we'll call it a wash.
Lord Alexander Malcolm Guy: Great wee store plenty of range nice helpful staff ample parking and amenities near by
Kevin McGuinness: Horrible store still looks like it did when it was The Co-Op back in the 90's, I think Tesco should have closed this branch and not the Tesco Metro in Royal Avenue as it was a much better shop and the staff actually cared about their jobs.
Rodney Boyd: WUNDERBARR!
Amy EM: Honestly just the worst Tescos I’ve ever been too! Customers are so ignorant and don’t pay any attention to you at all, staff are okay but half of them don’t even wear masks. Apart from that all I can say is don’t go to this Tescos, I myself don’t feel safe and at all welcome here!😡

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Dee Elliott: This store is dirty always I go here now and again for years always dirty so I don’t do my big shop even though it’s near to my house I go out of the way to knockbreda
Jessica Kelly: Shambles, queues are always huge you can never just call in quickly, never been in another Tesco where they just watch the queues build up as bad as Iv seen it here
Ash (AshTrash): It must be a requirement in this Tesco that if you apply for a job you have to be rude and unhelpful. I constantly get ignored by staff in this place
Ben Curran: Not the best tesco I have been in, hasnt been updated recently. Needs TLC.
Abin john: 👍
anjali sinha: Great store, you can get most of the product in reasonable rates.
Paul Collins: Decent selection of groceries however the queuing system is a major issue. Customers queued on long lines down the isles which makes it difficult to access certain shelves. Only ever seems to be 2-3 till staff with a lot of staff standing around chit chatting!
SREEJITH RAMESH: Good selection. Great price
Valentyn Mohylyuk: Friday evening. Probably it’s not the time to buy the food. At least some flowers are here.
Stephen Acton: I would go down to Tesco Superstore on a daily basis to do my shopping. Staff are very helpful & friendly & will give assistance if there’s anything I need help with. They also have a system, where you can use a machine that reads the bar code of the item that you have picked & then you can use contactless pay as well as cash. Tesco Superstore is well worth a visit for almost anything you require. Stephen Acton.
David Smyth: Pure hoooge and unground carpark would be class for the zombie apocalypse
Shamira Hassan: Excellent service. Great stuff.
Salma Akter: Love to shop here... price is reasonable.
Sepideh Shf: great place for grocery shopping
Stanley John Njattumkalayil: Great place for groceries and stuff. Staff are very helpful, delivering good service.
stephen rosbotham: Great store quite helpful staff
Ammar Tajammal: Used this for 9 years and amazing
Paul MacDonald: The store is a chaotic mess.
gj gj: One person running a till and the self service us open, 3 empty tills and queues the full length of the isles. Staff needed@ Tesco Lisburn rd. Took longer to get to a till than shop 🤣
Derek Finney: Couldn’t find the right isle
Silent Witness: Checkout woman rather rude. Polite to customers before myself who didn't say please or thank you, then abrupt & unpleasant to myself, a person brought up with manners who does say please & thank you. Then checkout woman was very polite to customer after me.Manners are not an optional extra when working directly with customers, unless a customer is themself rude, there's no excuse for unpleasantness. Particularly when one demonstrates the ability to show respect when one feels so inclined.Store layout is also rather confusing. T'was better ten or so years ago. But I guess times change, layouts change and treatment of selected money paying customers also change. The latter demonstrates poor form & substandard customer service. I guess Tesco feel they can afford to alienate customers otherwise they'd select & train staff more considerately. Good manners cost nothing, bad manners cost business.

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Paul Whoriskey: We go to the shop for our groceries it is always well stocked. Staff were very helpful. Pw
Jamesy Mac: Great store. Has lots of items. Worth a visit if doing a big shop or smaller shop.
michael mccracken: Helpful staff, wide variety of foods and fresh produce.
Marilyn Hunter: I shop here most days and find all the staff very pleasant, helpful and courteous. My problem is that for months now l have not been able to obtain batchelors cup a soup cream of vegetable with croutons. It is a particular favourite of mine and my grandchildren but has not been in stock for months, despite my inquiry. Have to add within week of me asking Pauline about soup, it was back on the shelves and has been ever sinceMany thanks
MC enigma: Unfortunately this supermarket has gone to the dogs. It's the talk of north Belfast. On numerous occasions only three staff members one on customer service, one on self service and one on checkout where customers patience is tested.. Some staff shelf packing although this goes on day in day out during shopping hours. Stock trollies constantly blocking isles and it seems customers apoligise to staff for getting in the way regarding this inconvenience. As for stock, totally unreliable. I have been shopping at this store for over twenty years, I will not be going back. Its the only store i know unwelcoming to customers. The worst tescos in Northern Ireland.. as for the foreign nationals crouded outside for the free wifi well thats another story. Goodbye tesco.
Nazek: Great selection of foods, baby products and all the necessities at a very affordable price! I do my sunday shopping here with my son and the parking is very convenient xxx
Calum Irvine: Messy, haphazard store with poor product availability. Delivery cages everywhere throughout the day no matter what time you walk into it including lined up at the entrance walking in. Cages of cardboard also all over the place. Cages of delivery everywhere yet the shelf availability always seems so poor? Customer entrance lined with unworked delivery and customer exit lined with cages and cages of waste. It just strikes me as not a very inviting customer experience. Large shipping container now also put outside it taking up several disabled customer car parking spaces, limiting disabled parking space availability in what is frankly one of thee worst car parks of any supermarket I've been to in NI. All round not the impression of a store that wants to draw you in, especially in the evening time when the benches outside are populated with people drinking alcohol. Staff at the checkouts very pleasant and helpful.
Nemo: Not good. I liked going here, not anymore. Prices going up, I can never find anything as they don't have it in stock. They don't prioritize customers. Poor customer service
Shook: no cash self serves
Oliver J. A: Helpful and friendly staffs.
Gerry od: Slowest cashiers ever, was clean shaven when I went in and came out with a growth on my face, like seriously sort out the service way too slow, nothing convenient about it
Daphne Abernethy: Why are taxis allowed to block through-traffic at this store? There are designated set-down areas for this. There are signs saying drivers will be fined for parking on disabled and parent parking zones, does this not extend to taxi drivers and their customers blocking traffic at the entrance?
D C: Alot of staff and customers walking around without masks. Covid infections are sky rocketing everywhere at the moment. Wonder why?
sean oneill: When into tescos on the Antrim Road to get a bottle of vodka for a gift as a liter is £16 club card price was none whatsoever only ten glass btsAs I was walking out a guy with a full to the brim shopping trolley of all the smirnoff.Absolutely disgusting how there no restrictions on how many you can buy. As a valued customer am thinking about moving my shop now
Firstname Samsung: Special mention for superb service & Customer care from staff member Mr. Liam McCann & Marie at the checkout.@Antrim road, Belfast. 100%, 5stars.
Jackie Mulvenna: Need more choices to buy
James O'Connor: I was given a one 4 all gift card for my 60th birthday, I checked online to see which stores accepted it, I specifically checked if Tescos accepted it and it said they did, when I tried to use it I was told by the supervisor (an Indian man) that they did not accept it, I told him I checked online and it said they did, he said yes, online you can, I then had to explain what I meant, he still said no he didn't even try to find out, very bad customerservice. .
Aphex shin: Staff let people in and walk about freely without masks
Jason Mccormick: Small Tesco got most things
Angela Shevlin: Very helpful and friendly staff
Lucy mccrory: Lady at self service machine very unhelpful not friendly at all no patience . Studied my receipt before talking a tag of made me feel like a shop lifter with a long queue behind me watching . My first bad experience in this store but I won't be back

Tesco Superstore: what do users think?
Rodney Ashe: Clean and tidy as always plus great staff😁
Gary McIsaac: Everything you need for your daily essentials. I find tesco pretty consistent with the way things are set up. Never any problems with service and staff always friendly as well as helpful. Got to shop.
Luke Donnelly: Very good selection of meal deals, friendly staff.
J Pusey: Friendly staff.
brianljnr: It's getting very expensive and now this morning they've completely closed the hot food deli and before you could've bought sliced cooked meat and ham from the deli counter and now they have stopped all that. It's getting worse to shop here and I'm thinking of going somewhere else.
Trevor Kelso: I absolutely have got to detest this store. The shopping experience is horrendous. The shelves are empty, very little choice. Prices go up daily, no two stores have the same prices. When you get the meagre offerings you have to join queues of up to 21 people to self pay. This is just another way for Tesco's to add to their bumper profits. 21 people in a queue and 5 staff standing talking about what they had done the night before.Absolutely disgusting.
PH: You need a £1 to release your a trolley, otherwise you'll have to make do with a basket. How old-fashioned is that?
Sonia Watson: Fantastic store , brilliant staff an get everything I need
Rosemary Curry: I find Castlereagh Tesco Store good, well stocked, close to where I live, which is a bonus. Staff are always very helpful & friendly.
Anthony Greeves: Good store with great range. Not so good at self checkout. For a £150 shop we had to call the staff member over 9 times as it could not register items.
vishal mehta: Always available daily needs products
Auto gr: Got click n collect very good
Syd Brown: Standard Tesco store. Nothing out of the ordinary
Henry: Staff are always helpful and items are well marked.
Jacqui Elliott: Feels cramped, much prefer Yorkgate, feels more spacious, better selection of products.
Cathy Hartley: Great Store - Great Servicr
Mambo B: Great the place has a lot to choose from
Pagan Min: Affordable prices, and a very nice restaurant-like upstairs
Vanessa Peña: The staff by the Self-check counters is very rude. The manager also tolerated the staff’s behaviour. Being rude because of racial descrimination is very awful.
Robin Hewitt: Thank you to the very helpful lady at check-out who helped me with Clubcard account vouchers on my phone. Quick and friendly.
Victoria Welsh: Great for clothes to shopping etc

Tesco Express: what do users think?
Ben Curran: Overpriced, Shocking to see that the prices of any of the items here are higher than the prices at the larger stores, It is great to see that a billion pound company is taking the time to take more money off of the lower class, making sure that their profit margins are untouched and that the lower class continue to get poorer. Other than that its handy to get the essentials.
Noah Price: Awful experience with a very unpleasent worker who was uncooperative, unprofessional and taunted me during an altercation regarding a minor dispute over a monster energy drink.
Penny Ross: Please thank again your lovely security man who let me come in post concert to grab something to eat. I’m diabetic and he literally saved my life! What a lovely fella he was. Give him a raise!
Jiamei Xu: Found my precious headphone I left there last night! 😭😭😭😭😭Huge thank to the person who found my headphone probably at the self service machine or in a basket, and many many thanks to the kindest staffs who’ve kept it for me😭😭😭…YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
william stuart: John 3v16
Desmond Devlin: Perfect location for those getting off the 212 at North Street.Great for Greetings Cards and snacks.
Christine Watson: Practically opposite debenhams castlecourt this Tesco express has lots of lunch options - sandwich meal deals, fresh fruit and sushi. A selection of flowers can also be found inside as well as a relatively small range of groceries. A handy and affordable lunch option right in Belfast city centre it also has a cash machine outside.
William Moran: Pleasant staff and friendly service.
Chloe Donnelly: Very small Tesco store. Overcrowded most of the time. Always run out of drinks in summertime.
progTom: V small selection of goods, if you need more walk onto tesco metro beside bank buildings.
Richard Johnston (IrishGuyRick): Quick and handy for nipping in for lunch
Rayne Prince: Expensive for a Tescos!
Vaughan Mccann: Best Tesco Express in town (It even has an offlicence) 4 stars for opening time: 0700-2100.
M - M: Nice for a quick shopping

Tesco Express: what do users think?
bogdan rus: Good experience and cheap
Andrea Hamilton: Good
Paul Danks: Busy and crowded store.
wayne smith: Some rude staff
Harikrishnan Palakat (Hari): Cheap Cheap Cheap but only with Club card offers
Leona Kernaghan: I am 14 and a creepy man approached me trying to talk to me and the security guard had noticed and told him to wait out side the guy argued with him asking him to come out and fight him and he responded with why are you asking her age he continued to shout and say “go back to your own country” and other racist words , but the security man and staff removed him ,
Dn Bsnd: Rude man at till had a long beard. Asked to speak to manager and said he’d go get him. When i was waiting himself and I presume the manager was down the back of alcohol aisle laughing and pointing. Man then came back and said the manager wasn’t in. (Man he was talking too was wearing a camera and shirt, assuming he was manager). I told him his service was unacceptable and he laughed and said I deserved it, all because I asked for a receipt. Seriously sort yourselves out!!!!! So cheeky
Dharani S: Located at many places in the city... Can purchase all household and cooking essentials all in store.
Kyle Joy: Refused access with guide dog. Absolute disgrace. This will be raised further.
Bernard Rea: Great but a little pricey
Silent Witness: Creepy security guard invading my space as soon as I set foot in store. Going as far as to brush against me. Tried to report to member of staff at checkout, he didn't appear to take it seriously. Security guard even followed me out of store. Creepy, nauseating & sinister.
Douglas Ribeiro: O Tesco de Belfast é muito mais barato que em Dublin.
Hermanator 08: It's become blatantly apparent that there is no point in having a tesco club card as any of the deals you may be looking for, not just with this tesco express but them all, they have none. For example, the 1 litre of Jack Daniels, I have checked for 3 weeks straight as part of a Christmas present and yet it has not been restocked once. The tesco club card looks good for offers on paper, but when they refuse to stock the items on offer, it's somewhat useless.
Chris Mac: Good opening hours. Terrible selection. Why they got rid of the main Tesco in the city centre, I’ll never understand. There is now nowhere to shop in the city centre.
SaM MP: Alternative to tesco extra store in the city center.

Connor Kent: Smaller lidl, recently renovated. Friendly staff and good food.
Nehad Albassal: Unsafe brands, you may lose things inside about the cashier, and he doesn't tell you that you forgot them, and the manager comes to comfort him and says that the cameras didn't really see that, that's annoying and disgusting
Paul McCloskey: This shop and it's staff deserve a medal throughout the pandemic it was a life saver and the staff are totally brilliant ..wat they hav to deal with day in and day out is outstanding u have the drugies giving them abuse and to continue to provide a community service to the people of Belfast they deserve our respect our thanks...I'll always shop here
