stacey leonard: Hotel was clean and so central to the city! Stayed for 2 nights in a very clean room with a good view. Morgan on the front desk was so friendly and helpful.Food & drinks: Have a coffee and snack station at reception which was so convenient
Imelda Petticrew: Rooms: Absolutely beautifulWalkability: Easy walk to city centreFood & drinks: Food beautiful
Wendy Gerry: Enjoyed our 4 day stay here. The room was large and had great view over the river.Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Tessa Walsh: I enjoyed my 2 night stay and didn't have any issues with the room. I had booked a room with a sofabed and didn't end up in this room, but it was ok because I was on my own anyway, although there may have been a price difference. My issues came with the receipt emailed to me after checking out. There were food and coffee charges on it that were not purchased by me, I had eaten out in Belfast for my whole stay.I called reception to talk this through the day after checking out. The woman who I was speaking with gave me an email address of her manager. I immediately emailed with my issue and did not receive a reply. I called again a few days later and was told a manager would be contacting me that same day as he was in the hotel for a meeting already. This didn't happen and I emailed again, eventually receiving a reply informing me that he and another manager are on leave and someone else would be managing the issue. This someone else never got in contact either. This is a shame because I enjoyed my stay and the hotel staff I came into contact with were kind and welcoming. I will not be staying here again because of this awful management, and I still have not received a refund or any compensation.Overall, overpriced and a bad experience at management level.
Gav Butler: Planned a two day visit to this Hilton in Belfast I have to say it was very disappointing it definitely needs some upgrades . There was a wealth of difference between this and charlemont in Dublin was pretty much night and day. The staff seemed put out in Belfast if you asked them a simple request and a simple thing the Tv in the rooms didnt have a usb to even watch something to watch they you brought . Yet the Premier inn down in the cathedral quarter has modern tvs. Everything seemed to be extra I just wanted to pay for one breakfast but I was told that wasn’t possible as I hadn’t booked it online so now I would have to pay for two. Yet I went down for breakfast and paid and was greeted by a nice lady in the restaurant the breakfast was ok but no takeaway coffee cups that were present in Dublin. There just wasn’t the same consistency. Was disappointing. Won’t be returning.

Slava Kramarov: I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and I can't say that it was enjoyable. When you book your stay with Hilton, you have certain expectations, and they certainly were not met. Apparently, there are no bellhops there so when you arrive, you are on your own to deal with the luggage. The room was nice with all the amenities that you expect from Hilton; however, AC wasn't working in my room - at the coldest setting only the fan was functioning, and it's quite inadequate to have good sleep during hot weather. There was no air circulation on the 8th floor so you just had that strong carpet smell when you walked from the elevator to the room. The lobby, on the other hand, is well air conditioned.Another thing that surprised me was that the hotel charges money to borrow umbrellas, and also charges money for water and coffee in the lobby. Seriously? A 4-star Hilton charges money for that?
jaja hm: - We decided to visit Belfast for 3 days with our 2 childreb. So we booked Hilton as we are used to Hiltons great service and amenities. outdated room, airco made lot of noise and if it is switched off it is boiling in the room. Our kids my wife and my wife did not sleep well. When we open the window ,it got really cold and hear the train passing by very loudly, breakfast, fruitbowls very empty, they are using butter package from a supermarket, prepackaged cupcakes, couple of ham slices, 1 small cheese slice, no pancakes, we asked for pancakes for ourkids,. they brought us microwave heated pancake which tasted hard and frozen. our bed room was not cleaned after we came back late afternoon, it is not Hilton worthy or what we are used to. Maybe other visitors think it was great but we did not. You can claim to be a Hilton Hotel but act like one and offer the best service and break fast experience you can. The airo system needs to be checked or replaced with silent new systems. and the house keeping teams needs to bring their A game every day. Based on our experience, we will not come back to this Hilton hotel
Matt W: Great hotel right on the water and walking distance to anything you could need. Breakfast was very impressive and staff was helpful.I got a corner room and the view was great
Ia “Kholan” Bull: AC doesn't work and no fans.Rooms: AC doesn't work and windows only open a crack. Even the fan in the bathroom doesn't work. It's supposed to be 11°C outside and it's like 25-26° in here Nearby activities: King George market
Ricardo Tomas: 20 minute walking range from titanic, and other interest pointsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Travis Barbee: Very nice accommodationRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More

Conrad Schwindt: One night for a quick trip to BelfastRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Kelly Protheroe: Obviously the Hilton is super clean and goes the extra mile with bathrobes and slippers etc. However it was the down to earth friendliness of the staff on tip of this that nailed it for me. Thank you for a fab breakfast, chat and stay !

AC Hotel by Marriott Belfast: what do users think?
Eugene Warrener: Very nice hotel with river views. Clean with high standard decoration. Very attractive staff.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, High-tech …More
James Pigg: Great location, right by harbour. Room was comfortable and clean had a good nights sleep. Excellent shower! Gym well equipped though doing chin ups you hit your head on the ceiling if not careful!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Maria Grigorean: Super experience!Food & drinks: Super servile!Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More
Gary Droghini: Nice hotel on the river. Unfortunately, it is away from the city center and is popular with tour buses.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Chris Holliday: Nice hotel but a little out the way a good walk into the city centre and near the busy overpass road for cars crossing the river.Keep this in mind when booking your trip .Staff on the desk not the most helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Jenny: Good hotel located in a nice area. There is a parking structure across the street. There is a reduced fair on weekends. Saturday to Sunday is 5 pounds for parking. On regular days I believe it is 15. The room was very clean and breakfast was pretty decent too.
Gavin Mclean: Lovely place to have a lunch - staff very attentive
Megan Banker: Expensive for what it is. There’s no parking - but there is a third-party paid garage across the street. My whole floor smelled really bad - kind of like a sewer. The room itself was fine - it was a good size but I woke up and was so swollen and stuffy.I had dinner at the restaurant which wasn’t super busy and there was a decent amount of staff. I chose the three course menu and at first things were fine - the soup was salty but ok, my main was fine and then I waited about 45 minutes with servers walking past and no one acknowledging me. I finally flagged someone down and asked him to cancel my dessert and asked to close out my check. He was nice about it but it was just so bizarre. I should have just gone out for dinner but I was exhausted from traveling. It’s not really near anything but has a nice view of the water and titanic quarter.
Jose Miguel Trigo: Hotel moderno, nueva construcción. Muy bien ubicado y con instalaciones actualizas. Buen servicio y prestaciones.
Rita: Fantastic service by the staff and the restaurant. The food was beautifulThey have recently refurbished the outside area, and it is beautiful...very, chic, and stylish,Rooms: Beautiful and everything that you could need...very comfortable beds.Walkability: 5 minutes walk from the city centre.Food & drinks: The food is amazing!!!
Udit Mahajan: Poor breakfast in terms of taste. On the positive side, the room had a river facing view and was of good size.Rooms: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
jose lopez: Precioso hotel y muy bien comunicado
M “ML” L: For a Marriott this was only an OK stay, there is a certain standard I expect when going to Marriott hotels and here that was not fully met.Something isn't right with the beds in this hotel, they are very very soft. Breakfast is OK, but we haven't had much time at the breakfast because as soon as the large tourist groups that are typically staying here show up you are leaving the breakfast area.Somehow the hotel needs to figure out how to separate large tourist groups from the rest of the guests to make it a nice stay for everyone.
Robert Jackson: Nearby activities: titanic building st George's market and bars and restaurantsWalkability: 15 to 20 min walk to bars and restaurantsFood & drinks: we had brunch her sat outside on the water front lovely views
Andrej Sokolov: All goodRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
freddie gayfer: Quite good overall. Almost gave it a 3 star but I think it just about deserves 4.The bed was massive but creaky. Also the pillows were tiny for the size of the bed. There was also some mould in the shower.Breakfast was fine but a bit limited in options. Also the fruit selection was pitiful. Just some melon which was flavourless and soggy. The watermelon had no crispness at all.Good location though, modern and pretty clean.

Maldron Hotel Belfast City: what do users think?
rona french: Nothing to improve. Excellent, clean, comfortable, sound proof room. Working air con, great shower. We didn't use any other services in the hotel it the staff we dealt with on reception were friendly and extremely efficient.Thank you all for a lovely stayWalkability: Very central for everything. Shops, bars, restaurants all plentiful within a few mins walk. Lots of tourists attractions easily walkable also.
Carlos B.: Service is excellent, location is great, but I wasn't too impressed with the rooms, my missus had a massive allergic reaction from the bedsheets, it might've been a fluke but worth mentioning in case someone else has it. Breakfast isn't great either, no fruit available which was disappointing, eggs were not really good, coffee was just alright. Breakfast costs £15 if you book in advance or £17 if you walk in the morning without pre-booking. Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel, I'd rate it 3 stars of I'm honest.Rooms: Rooms are starting to show their age
Stuart Harvey: Very comfortable room for short business stay. Great central location with well stocked breakfast options. Happy to recommend and stay here again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More

anita reeves: Nice clean hotel, lovey deluxe double room. No shower cap/ body lotion just one soap / liquid for all use in bathroom. No separate bar in the hotel just small bar in reception area. To me it was more like a 3 star experience but over all comfortable and right in the heart of the city.Hotel highlights Great value …More
M S: I would have given a 5 start but the room I got was just very noisy. You could hear the music vibrations in the room, on a 5th floor, from the outside pub/bar ...Not good when you need to workRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Bob. Brewer: Breakfast was over crowded and unmanageable by the staff. This hotel should never be used for a tour group.Noteworthy details: Breakfast area too small and was impossible to manage by hotel staff.
Sharon Chichester: Great location, sadly not informed that you had to request for beds to made and clean towels !! In a hotel of this standard you would expect this to be the norm rather than on request.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Anne Marie Rawlinson: Lovely Reception staff and very helpful. The rooms are lovely and comfy and I think to a high standard tooRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, High-tech …More

Kim rogers: Absolutely fell in love with the Hotel beautiful room, great restaurant, fabulous bar food , great prices , we will return very soonRooms: Beautiful decorated, very clean
Judith Prentice: Rooms very clean. Breakfast superb, with a great staff and chef. Reception beyond excellent. Have travelled throughout New York, Paris, Rome, Singapore, Cambodia, Latvia , Hong Kong etc and yet the Malone beats all for courtesy, efficiency and friendliness. For example, I had a small issue concerning noise, and within less than 5 minutes it was dealt with. Parking is available and staff go out of their way to make travelling comfortable. We highly recommend the Malone Hotel, near the docks, and within walking distance of Queen’s University.Rooms: Clean, large, quietNearby activities: Queen’s University and student Union within walking distance. Numerous pubs with good lunches.Safety: Notices abound about use of lifts, etcFood & drinks: Breakfast superb, helpings generous and varied.
Thomas Morrissey: Really really nice clean and very friendly helpfully staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Maria Alejandra Papasidero: Excelente lugar. El personal muy amable y profesional. Se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo, a unos 30 minutos del centro que caminando se hace muy lindo para recorrer.Rooms: Impecables! Amplias y cómodas!
Stephen McAsey: We really enjoyed our stay. Reception was very warm and friendly. The room was a nice size and well equipped. The cleaning team did an excellent job. It’s location, we found, was ideal. The city centre is 1 1/2 miles down the gentle hill so an easy walk for most, but the uphill return might be challenging if you have been on your feet all day. Regular buses (£1.70) are an option, and even the “City Tours” bus stops outside the hotel!I have not seen any negative comments concerning breakfasts and have drawn the conclusion that our experience is a reflection of more recent developments. We were there for a week and witnessed a unhappy team that was able to prepare a breakfast of reasonable standard. The service for delivering the breakfast was erratic from day to day. Each day there seemed to be different teams. Some days they were very proficient. Other days they were proficient but looked thoroughly miserable. A couple of days the team was short staffed and the poor guy (Tony) who was left on his own managed to get through it. He was very polite and communicative. One of the chefs seemed to be on a go slow for one breakfast and was perfect the next day. All in all, the team needs to be happy and working with each other for the benefit of the customers and the hotel.
michelle d: Staff was friendly and well informed.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Gary Dormer: Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The spacious quiet rooms (we must have got a free upgrade I think?), impeccably clean, the staff are fantastic, bar and food are excellent, the Lobby area is glamorous and comfortable. I’ve stayed in $1100 per night hotel on Fifth Avenue and The Malone is better value for money ! Thank you so much.Rooms: Spacious, clean, huge bed, lovely view, very comfortable, lovely furniture. I think we may have got a free upgrade and if we didn’t these rooms are unbelievable value for money.Nearby activities: It’s only a very short taxi drive away from the City Centre but so much better to be clear of the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Much more suitable for elders like ourselves. We loved it here and the red tour bus stops right outside!Safety: Felt totally safe. Locals are so polite, considerate and friendly. Shops nearby for groceries etcWalkability: Lovely tree lined street in what looks to be a very posh area of Belfast City.Food & drinks: The food and drinks (Guinness) was great.Noteworthy details: I loved the furniture in the lobby and restaurant. The room was really quiet and extremely comfortable.
Anna Marie McCourt: Lovely ,comfortable hotel.Rooms clean.Rooms: Clean, spacious, beds comfortableWalkability: Close to Botanic GardensFood & drinks: Breakfast dissapointingNoteworthy details: No residence bar
Nikhil Gupta: NiceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Yvonne McCann: We were staying in Annex across the road. Room was lovely. Went to bar for drink as it is a ‘Haverlee’ bar but they had ‘run out’ of Haverlee on a Saturday evening! The bar man ‘Kevin’ dropped my charge on bar instead of into my outstretched hand. Later in room we phoned reception for some ice and bottle opener to be told to go over to reception and get it as short staffed. I asked if I was to get out of bed get dressed and cross the road rather than get basic room service. After being transferred to The manager ( who was very understanding) we got the ice 10 minutes later. The guy (Stephen) at reception was very pleasant and accommodating! All in all it was a pleasant stay - just some staffing issues need to be looked at.
Rhiannon Bland: Stayed here for one night in early February, everything was great, service in particular was professional and extremely helpful, Aidan checked us in after a busy day and was extremely helpful and answered any questioned we had, couldn’t of been happier with his service, would highly recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Kevin: I stayed here in Febuary. Rooms were great, the beds were some of the comfiest ive ever seen.
